Yes, you have the option to acquire the Licensing Rights for each club seat located in the LowerClubVip section at Sofi Stadium. These seats are priced at $15,000 per seat. Payment for the Licensing Rights agreement with The Los Angeles Rams can be paid in full or through a 9-year contract at an 8.5% fixed annual interest rate.
In my case, (4) Lower Club Vip seats cost $15,000 x 4 Seats = $60,000 + 8.5% Fixed Annual Interest Rate = $72,400 ÷ 9 Years = $8,050 every March 1st until paid off.
In addition to the Licensing Rights, you are obligated to pay $3,800 per seat, for every NFL season until the year 2068; that’s $15,200 every NFL season. (4) Lower Club Vip seats will cost you $23,250 per year (Licensing Rights + Season Tickets), for 9-years, or you can purchase a set of (2) season tickets directly from me for $9,500 for one season only. Zero contract.
